During last winter the volunteer team of Schutzstation Wattenmeer at the Westerhever lighthouse found five kiteboards washed to the shore.
Up to now we could identify just one of the owners and give him back his board.
4 boards are still "waiting".
Some of these probably drifted for a longer time. Hence it may be that they originally came from Holland.
If you know more about one of these four, please send me an email with the details (
r.schulz@schutzstation-wattenmeer.de):
- "Best Armada", mostly blue
- "RL", largely red
- "Cabrinha Caliber" mostly black & light green/yellow
- "Naish Hero" black, white & light green
All were found between mid-November 2016 and mid-January 2017.
