17:15 @ 13-09-10, 181 keer bekekenThe Philippines Windsports Association (PWA) is the latest addition to the ever growing family of IKA national members.The PWA started as the Philippine Windsurfing Association organized for the Philippine windsurfing community before it was amended to become the Philippine Windsport Association representing both windsurfing and kitesurfing among the 7,100 islands of the Philippine archipelago.
